Fayth

Fayth is my big sister.  Fayth loves to cook good food for us.  She learned how to cook from Channel 42.  That’s the Food Network channel.

Fayth plays four square with us every Saturday.  She always gets me out at four square.  Fayth goes to high school and she is in 11th grade.  She is a good student and she is smart.  Fayth always calls my dad “Mr.”  My sister speaks Spanish to my dad. 

When we lived together, Fayth would wake up early in the morning.  After she got dressed she woke us up for school.  If we had time we watched TV.  I like to watch cartoons with Fayth.

The Pencil

I belong to a boy. Someone took a pencil. That was me. He wrote something with my head. He erased something with my bottom and he keeps hitting me. Students use me for writing and teachers do too. Pencils are important. The boy uses me for his homework.

My Mom

Sometimes my mom takes men to school to play on the school computers.  I do Ticket to Read and my mom does her work. 

My mom tickles me very hard and I laugh very hard.  Once she tickled me so hard I got the hiccups.  My mom kisses me very, very hard on top of my head. 

Sometimes my mom makes me laugh in the car.  My mom makes funny jokes.  My mom takes me to lots of stores. I like to go shopping with my mom.

My mom makes me go to bed early at night.  My mom reads me a story about God and Jesus  before bed.  She checks my homework and helps me if I need help.

My mom’s name is April.  She has blond hair and blue eyes.  My mom is pretty.  Just ask my dad!

Field Day 2008

Chapter 1 - Field Day

At Field Day Miss Powell got mixed up on which game we had to go. It got better and better.

Chapter 2 - The Big Squeeze

At the Big Squeeze you had to take the sponge and put it in the water. Then you squeeze the sponge in the bucket.

chapter 3 - 50 Yard Dash

At the 50 Yard Dash you take the ring and run to the other side.

Chapter 4 - Sack Race

At the Sack Race you put your feet in the bag and jump to the other side. The record was 47 jumps.

Chapter 5 - Splash Attack

At Splash Attack you had to pass the ball around and around.

Chapter 6 - Obstacle Course

When you do the Obstacle Course you have a chicken. You roll, jump, get wet, crawl under.

Spring Break

I went to Kids R Kids with my sister.  We were at Kids R Kids for a long time.   Logan has a trampoline, pool, and sandbox.  We went to the movies to watch "Horton Hears a Who".

Kalob's Bedroom

My room has three beds.  The first one is for my brother.  His bed is soft.  The second one is mine.  My bed is rocky because I jump on it.  The other one is empty. 

I have two posters on my wall.  The alarm clock rings at 6:00 so I can wake up and get my clothes ready to go to school.  I have a snow globe.  It has a dog on it with snow and presents.  The name of our snow globe dog is Pug. 

In my room there is a lava lamp that is bright yellow.

An Apple

An apple is red and it is round.  It has a leaf and a stick called a stem.  It has seeds inside the apple.  Sometimes the apple gets ripe.  When you water an apple it can smell good.  An apple is healthy for your teeth.

I'm the Snowflake

I was falling from the sky and I landed on the ground.  Then someone made a snowflake man.  One of the snowflakes is me.  The dog tipped the snowflake man over.  I walked away from the boy.  Then the dog pushed me down.

Popular Car

I'm a popular car.  Everyone likes me.  Can't you see how shiny I am?  I can drive 100 m.p.h.  I have a Sync system and navigation.  I can park everywhere because I am popular.  My sunroof is shiny.  I can go on the highway.

How I Spent My Winter Vacation

We all went to Disneyland.  My uncle paid for the hotel.  We stayed there for one day.  My mom let us play in the rides all night.  We visited our dad at his hotel and we played the PS2.  Then at 7:00 we watched TV.  We watched Smallville, Nick, cartoons, and Disney.

Thanksgiving Traditions

My mom and dad were cooking the turkey.  We will go outside to eat and my family will eat too.  We will play so we can eat when it is done.  The food will taste good.  The turkey will be big.  We will eat hot dogs and we will even have chips.  We will drink too.

Oreos

Oreos are good because they can have different colors in the middle.  You can put Oreos in milk too.  They are good.

I like the Oreo Challenge.  I like to stack the Oreos with Matt, Erik, Mark, and Bryce.  In the box there were over 100 Oreos.

1. Take the Oreo out of the dish.

2. Put it in the milk.

3. Put it in your mouth.

4. Chew your Oreo.

In the morning I take a shower. I take a shower so I don't get stinky. I get dressed in my room. I wear clothes to look nice. I eat breakfast.
