My Uncle

My uncle is good at fixing computers.  He is an expert at fixing TVs too.  When something is broken, like TV’s, computers, and other stuff, he fixes it and makes it look new.  He is my favorite person who fixes everything.

I like to watch movies with my uncle.  My favorite movie is “Spiderman 3”.  We watched it together at my house.

My Mom

My mom is good at making burritos and sandwiches.  She cooks for everybody in my family.  My mom is a good cook!

My mom buys me stuff when we go to Walmart.  My mom bought a game called Blokous and a Game Boy.  They were for my brother and I. 

My mom’s name is Parul.  She has black eyes and black hair.  My mom is cute. 

My mom likes to watch movies.  She likes “The Golden Compass”, “Firehouse Dog”, and “Narnia”.  I like to watch movies with her.

Field Day 2008

The things I liked most were Wet n' Wild and the Obstacle Course. In Wet n' Wild there was water and you have to pass it down the line.

In Obstacle Course you have to go and spin. Then you put down the stuff and roll down the mat. Then you jump over the white line. You pick up the ball and go over the mat. It was fun!

My Spring Break

When my spring break started I played a game called Monopoly. My brother bankrupted all of my mom's money from the game.  The game was so fun. 

On Sunday we went to my friend's house. He gave us some candy for Easter.  My friend got Gobstoppers, M & M's, and Snickers.  After that we played football.

The Egg-cellent Fashion Show

At home I did my egg project for homework on Monday. It was not so bad. My grandpa, my mom, and I did the egg project together. First my mom put on some glitter and the eyeballs.

I want my egg to do good in the Egg-cellent Fashion Show!

The Egg Roll

When we went to the multipurpose room we played a game that was really fun.  We had four eggs to play with.  When it was Cali's turn she won.

After a long time it was my turn and I won too.  Then it was Kyle's turn.  He won two rounds.  When we were done we went inside the classroom and Miss Powell said to give the white paper to her.

Mrs. Nevada's Visit

When Mrs. Nevada came to our classroom she read us a funny book called "Stephanie's Ponytail".  When she read the book she told us to say "Right on, Stephanie!". 

When she was done reading with book Mrs. Nevada asked us if we liked the book.  Some people chose yes and some people chose no and some people were in the middle.  Then she asked us some questions about the book.  They were easy questions.

John Bru

Yesterday John Bru read us "The Adventures of Taxi Dog".  I liked that story.  The story takes place outside.  In the story the name of the dog is Maxi and he is lost.  Maxi found an old man and he took the dog with him in his taxi.  They became friends.

I learned that John is from New York and he sells cars.  He sold a car to Miss Powell.

I have some questions for John:  When you lived in New York what was your favorite food?  What did you like about it?  What is your favorite dessert?  My favorite dessert is brownies.

Two Square

Yesterday, after school, I ate dinner and I played two square on the street.  I usually play with my brother and friends.  Playing two square is fun .  We take turns and enjoy the game.  The best thing about it is I can hit the ball far.

I like the OREO Challenge because it was fun.  I stacked nine Oreos and it fell down.  I wanted to stack seven but I stacked more.  I was in Chad, Anthony, and Kenneth's group.

What job do you think will be important in the future?

The doctor helps sick people.  The doctor saves people.  Doctors can give medicine to kids. Doctors have to do surgery.

1. I like red because red is cool and it is the best color.

2. I love blue because it's my favorite color.

3. I love all the colors because they are so awesome.

4. Crayons are so pointy on the top. When I color they are really good.

5. The colors are totally awesome because the colors are cool!
