My mom has blue eyes and they are really pretty.  She has a necklace that is really, really pretty.  She also has a diamond ring that my dad bought her.

I love my mom a lot.  My mom takes me to Golden Spoon to get frozen yogurt.  It is good.  My mom also takes me to Walmart to buy lots of toys.

My mom hugs me very hard.  I know she loves me and I love her.  She is the best mom in the world!

I liked Wet n`Wild because I like getting wet. It was fun because Anthony poured the bucket on my head. I liked when he did it. It`s fun getting wet. I got to fill the bucket and say "scoot back, scoot back". We passed the bucket behind our head but it wasn't really a bucket. It was a piece of plastic.

On Spring Break I stayed at my house to play a game called Need For Speed Hot Pursuit.  I played it for four hours. It is a car racing game.  I race on the street when I play. 

I went to my aunt's house to see her new baby. His name is Trevor.  He is 20 1/2 inches.  I also went hiking at my aunt's house with my uncle.  It was very fun. My brother went too. He was scared.

On my bedroom door there is a red stop sign that says “Bryce’s Room - Do Not Enter”.  I have a twin size bed with a bookcase. 

My room is decorated in a transportation theme.  My mom painted my room.  She painted a tree, mountains, a sunset, a sailboat in water, and a road that goes all the way around my room.

Mrs. Nevada's Visit

Mrs. Nevada's crown was very big and the stuff on it was very small.  It was very shiny and pretty.  It was also very sparkly and beautiful.  It was a silver kind of color.  The crown had diamonds on it.

John

Yesterday John came in to our class to read "The Adventures of Taxi Dog".  It was a very funny story.  It rhymed.  In the story the dog rode in a taxi with his new owner.  They drove all around New York.

I learned that John is six feet four inches tall.  I also learned he is not married.  I think he is a good reader and he is nice.

I want to know if John can come back to our class and read to us again.  I wish he would read an Arthur book or a chapter book.  He could pick.

I am round like a circle.  I grow on a tree.  I'm as orange as the sunset on a summer's eve.  I have seeds in me.  Make sure you spit them out.  I am sweet and have pulp inside.  I make good juice.

Little Snowflake

I'm falling. I'm white and cold.  I've landed on a ski mountain.  I am still up very high.  There are a lot of people skiing and snowboarding. 

Kids like making snow angels and snowmen out of me and my friends.  The world looks big and sounds loud to a little snowflake like me.

Ford Country

"Please don't pick me.  I want to stay on the dealer's lot", said the Mustang.

"Hey, you're lucky!  You get to go home", said the truck. 

Test driving was OK but people kept parking me.  I said  "Can you stop?  You keep turning me on and off."

I am automatic.  I have a phone in me.  I have shiny rims and tires.  Being a car is cool.  I am excited to go home with my new owner.

How I Spent My Winter Vacation

Christmas morning I woke up at 8:30.  I went into Eric's room to wake him up.  Then I went into my parent's room to get them up.  Eric went downstairs.  Only my mom was still sleeping, so I went downstairs to find my dad and Eric.  My dad was eating Rugalah.  Rugalah is a holiday cookie that my mom makes every year.  They are very good. 

My dad, Eric, and I went back upstairs to Eric's room to watch TV so my mom could sleep in.  After my mom woke up we all went downstairs to see what Santa left.  Eric and I started to open our stuff.

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Mrs. Ramirez brought flan into our class, room 40.  It was good!  Mark's mom also brought pictures.  She talked about different states in Mexico.  She talked about the beach and waterfalls.  Mark's mom made flan.

Football

Last year I played football on a football field.  I made a touchdown because I did not get tackled.  My team name was the PeeWee Pistons.  Our team colors were orange and black just like Halloween. 

My team was having a bad season and had lost two games.  It was our third game and we were playing against my old basketball coach.  His team was the Cowboys and they were beating us.  I was sitting out when my coach yelled, "Bryce go in! Run! Run!"  So I did and I caught the ball.  I ran and ran.  The cowboys tried to catch me but they could not.  TOUCHDOWN! 

We won the game.  After the game we had snacks.  We talked about winning our first game and how we were going to win always.

I was going to find my partner.  I worked with Logan, Anthony, Dave, Erik, and Kalob.  I liked stacking Oreos.  It was fun because I stacked 25 Oreos.  Oh, and Logan stacked 12.  Dave stacked 14.  Erik stacked 11.

How to Eat an Oreo Cookie

1. I get a plate out.

2. I put the Oreo on the plate.

3. I dip it in milk.

4. I open my mouth.

5. I put it in my mouth and chew it!

Get Up and Go!

I go to the bathroom because I have not gone all night. I go to the bathroom so I don't have an accident.

I shower in the morning. It helps me wake up. I shower so I can be clean.

I get dressed so I am not naked. I get dressed to stay warm.
