My niece is a baby.  Her name is Angelia.  She is one year old.  Sometimes when she’s mad she hits people.  If she hits people then my sister or I go to stop her.

I like to play “Pass The Ball” with Angelia.  She bounces the ball to me and I bounce it back to her.  Angelia is not very good at catching but she is good at throwing.

My mom likes a lot of sweets.  Her favorite is chocolate chip cookies. 

My mom cares about me, my sister, my brother, and her job.  I know this because her boss keeps calling her.  I know she cares about me because she says she loves me. 

I like when my mom picks me up from school because my niece comes too and I like to see her.

I like the game called Freeze Dance because I won a bracelet. It said "verb yellowball". I like the t-shirts because they are orange and colorful.  The best game was the wheelbarrow race because we got to play with a bunch of people.

When it was my Spring Break I went to Los Angeles.  I saw a lot of cartoon characters like Sponge Bob, Shrek, and the Donkey.  I stayed at a hotel.  I would like to go again because it was really fun.

Dear Miss Powell,

I want our field trip to be at Pump It Up.  I heard that it is fun there.  On March 2 Anthony is having his birthday at Pump It Up too.  I really want to go to Pump It Up because I never ever have been there before.  I have seen the previews on TV and it looks like fun!

Mrs. Nevada's Visit

When Mrs. Nevada came in to our class she read us a story called "Stephanie's Ponytail".  It was about a girl that went to school.  She wanted to put her ponytail in different ways.

John's Visit

I really liked the book called "The Adventures of Taxi Dog" because I have a dog.  My dog's name is Missy.  She is a girl.   I love the name of John's dog (Baby) because it's like a mom's baby.

I learned that John plays in a band when he isn't selling cars.  He can play the guitar and the piano.  John says that he writes songs.

I wonder if John has a wife.  I wonder if John had fun reading to us.

Some of my cookies have colorful M & M's.  The other cookies that I brought have a little special surprise in them!  Some are burnt but that's OK.  They are still good.  My cookies do not have nuts in them.

It can be red, yellow, or green.  It's a fruit that is juicy and healthy for you.  You can bring this juicy fruit to lunch for school everyday. 

On top of the fruit is a point stick called a stem.  It's almost like an orange but it's different a little.  It is hard to bite into.  You can also lose your teeth in it.

I have shiny rims and navigation.  I am popular.  I know how to drive fast.  I have heated leather seats and two sunroofs.  I like all my features.

On my vacation I went to California with my family.  My family is Ashley, Andre, and my mom.  It was great to be there.  I want to go again.

Aalani's perfect day is Halloween because you can get a lot of candy. The best thing about it is that you get to eat it and it is good. You can get some chocolate.

Mark's mom came over and brought some pictures.  We talked about Mexico.  It was very fun to talk about.  She baked flan.

We stacked Oreos and we were seeing if we can get the most stacked.  I got 22 but Mark had the most.

1. You take the Oreo cookie off of the plate.

2. You put it in front of your mouth.

3. You munch it.

Get Up and Go!

I get up and go. I wake up tired.

When I get up I brush my teeth. I brush my teeth with a toothbrush.

When I get dressed I go put on lotion. When I go downstairs I get my backpack.

What job do you think will be important in the future?

This is me and my sister and my mom.  We are going to IHOP.  I work here.  I like this place very much and my sister likes it too just like me.

Five Games I Like to Play with My Friends

1. Hide and Go Seek is fun because you find them and then you run after them and tag them.

2. Tag is good because you run and have to tag people.

3. Going on the monkey bars is fun because you can skip them and do it with each hand.

4. Racing is good because you can race your friends really fast.

5. Jump roping is fun because you can skip when you jump.
